Our Heating Services

Highlander Heating provides expert heating installations, boiler replacements, hydronic systems, underfloor heating, commercial heating, and ongoing maintenance across Otago. With over twenty years of local experience, we deliver tailored heating solutions focused on reliability, honest service, and long-term comfort for Kiwi homes and businesses.

Hydronic Heating & Air-to-Water Heat Pumps

Hydronic heating delivers quiet, even warmth throughout your home, creating a comfortable living environment without cold spots or noisy units. Air-to-water heat pumps provide an energy-efficient way to heat water for hydronic systems, helping reduce running costs while keeping your home consistently warm through Otago’s colder months. Highlander Heating carefully designs and installs both systems to suit your property, ensuring reliable performance, long-term efficiency, and year-round comfort for your family.

Boiler Installation & Replacement

If your old boiler is sounding like a jet engine or simply giving up the ghost when you need it most, it’s time for an upgrade. We specialise in replacing outdated, struggling units with modern, high-efficiency boilers that slash power bills and provide instant reliability. Whether you are upgrading a heritage home or a modern residence, we handle the entire swap-out process with zero stress. Our goal is to ensure your new system delivers consistent, powerful warmth the moment the Otago temperature drops, keeping your home comfortable all winter long.

Underfloor Heating Installation

Nobody enjoys stepping onto freezing cold floors first thing in the morning. Underfloor heating adds gentle warmth throughout your home, making everyday spaces like bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas feel far more comfortable during winter. Because the system sits neatly beneath the floor, you get consistent heat without bulky wall units taking up space. Highlander Heating installs underfloor heating systems designed to suit your home and lifestyle, giving you that cosy feeling from the ground up all winter long.
